By using kareemkreations.com or purchasing services from Kareem Kreations (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide digital services such as WordPress business systems, landing pages, brand/creative work, and related consulting (“Services”). Exact scope is defined in writing (proposal, invoice, or agreement).
2. Communication
Primary communication will be via email and/or WhatsApp (as agreed). You are responsible for providing accurate contact info and responding to approvals in a timely manner.
3. Scope & Revisions
- Scope is defined by the selected package / written agreement.
- Revisions are limited to the agreed rounds.
- New requests outside scope are treated as additional work and may require extra fees and timeline updates.
4. Timelines
Estimated timelines depend on your approvals and content readiness. Delays in providing materials or approvals may extend delivery.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide:
- required content/assets (logo, text, images) or approve provided placeholders,
- access to hosting/domain/WordPress where needed,
- third-party accounts (email, booking, payments) when applicable.
6. Payments
- Work typically starts after an upfront deposit (or full payment) is received.
- Remaining balance (if split) is due before launch/hand-over unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may pause work.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund terms are defined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy (linked below).
8. Ownership & License
After full payment:
- You own the final delivered assets created specifically for you (site pages/design files as agreed).
- Third-party tools, plugins, fonts, or stock assets remain subject to their licenses.
- We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.
9. Third-Party Services
Some features depend on third-party services (hosting, plugins, email providers, payment gateways). We’re not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or limitations imposed by third parties.
10. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific business results (sales/revenue). We deliver the agreed system within scope and best practices.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kareem Kreations is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services.
12. Termination
Either party may end the engagement in writing. If terminated after work begins, delivered work up to that point is provided as applicable, and payments remain due according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific project.
