4. Refund and Revision Policy

At Kareem Kreations, we are committed to your satisfaction. Here’s how our refund policy works:

1. Full Refund Guarantee:
   • You are entitled to a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with the final design after all included revisions have been completed and the project terms have been adhered to.
   • Refunds are processed only after we receive written communication detailing your reasons for dissatisfaction and confirmation that the design does not meet the agreed-upon expectations.
2. Conditions for Refund:
   • Refunds will not apply in cases where:
     • The project is approved by you or deemed completed based on the package terms.
     • The dissatisfaction arises from additional revisions or features outside the agreed-upon scope.
     • Delays or disruptions are caused by a lack of timely communication or unclear feedback from the client.
3. Non-Refundable Deposits:
   • For larger projects, a deposit may be required to begin work. This deposit is non-refundable unless the project is canceled by Kareem Kreations before any work begins.
4. Refund Process:
   • If a refund is approved, the payment will be returned through the original payment method within 7 business days.

Revision Policy

• Each package includes a specific number of revisions. Any additional revisions beyond the package limit may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
• Revisions are valid only within 30 days of project delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs created by Kareem Kreations remain our property until full payment is made.
• Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Kareem Kreations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• We make no warranties regarding the suitability or legality of your use of the designs provided.

7. User Conduct
