Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Customized print-on-demand items (e.g., T-shirts, hoodies, accessories) unless defective or damaged
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—posting delays may occur.
  3. Contact your bank—processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@kareemkreations.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
