Because our work is custom and time-based, refunds are handled as follows:
Before work starts
If you cancel before work begins, any paid amount may be refunded minus non-recoverable processing fees (if applicable).
After work starts
Once work has started, deposits are non-refundable because time and resources are immediately allocated.
If you cancel mid-project, you will receive:
- work completed up to the cancellation date (where feasible), and
- an invoice adjustment if any unpaid balance remains, based on completed milestones.
Delays & inactivity
If a project is paused due to missing materials/approvals for an extended period, we may reschedule delivery. Restarting later may require updated scope/timeline.
Third-party costs
Any third-party expenses (paid plugins, domains, hosting, ads, subscriptions) are non-refundable and must be handled directly with the provider.
